Yvonne Aiavao, REALTOR

About this Nominee

Yvonne Aiavao knows the Green Valley and Cordelia area the way only someone who has lived here since 1999 can. For the past 10 years, she has helped buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield and the surrounding communities, closing more than $22.8 million in sales in 2025. That is a lot of homes, contracts, inspections, negotiations, and unexpected plot twists.

Her clients know they can expect honest advice, clear communication, and someone who will tell them what she really thinks and explain why. A self-proclaimed contract nerd, Yvonne notices the details that are easy to miss, and she will speak up if something does not look right. She takes her work seriously without making the process feel stiff or intimidating.

Yvonne also stays active in the community she calls home. She sponsors Trucks of the Trade, hosts an annual donation drive benefiting the Solano SPCA, organizes a free Spring Cleaning event for the Green Valley and Cordelia neighborhoods, and hosts Donuts and Donations, an annual food drive benefiting the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.

One of her favorite community roles has been serving as a judge for Fairfield's downtown Fourth of July parade for the past two years. She gets a front row seat, a scorecard, and permission to have an opinion, so it is pretty much the perfect job for her.
