Voting Method and Requirements:

GENERAL CATERGORIES

● Votes can only be made by completing the online form at ttps://fairfieldsuisun.voterfly.com/

● All voting entries must have voters’ complete information, including name, email address and any other required details, or the votes will not be counted. Voting Limits:

● Each person may vote only once per category.

● Winners are chosen by individuals who fill out the online voting ballot. Nominee Eligibility:

● Nominees must be located in Fairfield, Suisun, Cordelia, Suisun Valley and or conduct the majority of business within these city limits, have a valid business license in the above cities and/or hold an active membership with the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce.

● Eligibility is verified through the Business License databases, social media presence, and official websites. Membership status will ne checked with the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber when applicable.

LEGACY BUZZ AWARDS

Legacy Buzz Awards (as indicated by the Bee Icon/Logos) are specifically for Chamber member businesses exclusively. Nominations will be accepted and membership status verified. Voting is not available to the public for these awards. Voting will be conducted under separate cover by members via an on-line Voting Survey.

. Voting Period:

● All votes must be received by September 26, 2025. Category Limits:

● Nominees must choose and stick to no more than two categories for the duration of the voting period. Changes to category selections are not permitted once voting begins. Ballot Stuffing and Security Measures:

● If a business is caught “stuffing ballots” or circumventing security measures, their votes will be flagged and removed.

● We use automated software to detect and prevent fraudulent voting practices. Disqualification and Conduct:

● The Best of Fairfield-Suisun Chamber Buzz Awards facilitators reserve the right to disqualify any business that violates the competition rules or engages in inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to misuse of marketing materials and non-compliance with guidelines.

● Participants who violate the rules will receive a written warning.

Permissions and Use of Likeness:

● By participating in The Best of Fairfield Suisun Chamber Buzz Awards, you grant us permission to use your business name, likeness, and image for marketing and promotional materials related to the competition. Results and Announcements:

● All competition results are held privately by the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce.

● Winners will be announced on October 10th at the Annual Red Carpet Best of Buzz Awards (Fairfield-Suisun) 2025

● Winners will receive a certificate or plaque, promotional materials, and bragging rights. Purpose of the Competition:

● The goal of The Best of Buzz Awards Fairfield-Suisun is to Honor the Best in Businesses, organizations and individuals in our area and to create awareness of the great businesses we have in our region. We aim to make the competition enjoyable for all participants.

Elected Officials are not eligible to be Nominated.
